These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by True Reflection Detailing ("we", "us", "our") to customers ("you", "the customer"). By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
We provide mobile and studio-based car detailing and valeting services, including maintenance washes, interior detailing, and paint correction with ceramic coating, as described on our website.
Bookings can be made via our website, booking widget, or by direct contact. Booking confirmation will be provided once availability is confirmed. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking where access, weather, or site conditions make safe completion of the work impractical.
Prices listed on our website are starting prices ("from" prices) and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and any additional work required. A final price will be confirmed before or at the start of the appointment where the quoted price does not apply.
We ask for at least [24/48 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. [Specify any cancellation fee policy]. Cancellations due to weather or access issues on our part will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
For mobile appointments, the customer must ensure reasonable access to the vehicle and a suitable working area. We are self-sufficient for power and water, but access restrictions (e.g. no suitable parking, restricted premises) may result in the appointment being rescheduled.
While we take all reasonable care using safe, professional techniques, we cannot guarantee complete removal of all defects (e.g. deep scratches, long-standing stains) where damage extends beyond what professional correction can address. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical faults, or issues unrelated to the service provided. Customers should disclose any known vehicle issues (e.g. aftermarket paint, prior repairs) before work begins.
